I was wearing a standard length corset last year, and had to throw it out. I had problems with it digging into my upper thighs especially when i had to study for long hours at a time. This caused increased lower, venous pressure, varicosities, as well as edema and leg pain. I was afraid i would get a DVT (deep vein thrombosis), and decided corsets were not worth the risk.
I saw this short, under bust corset, a year later, and thought, i’d give it a whirl.
Glad i did! It’s short enough to compress the necessary areas around the waist with out risking compression of the iliac arteries/veins found in the bilateral groin areas.
Now, i can study without “nibbling” or “knoshing” food due to abdominal compression.
It also came within about 2 or 3 days after i ordered it! That’s pretty darn fast for the holidays.
And yes, i will be a returning customer!
